FAQ

The session fee includes the Photographer’s time, expertise, standard retouching, creative editing, and the allotted number of final images based on the selected package.

Additional edits are available for $15 per image. Advanced or graphic edits are priced based on complexity hair, composites (anything added to the photos thats not in the photos) $30. If you are under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by an adult. $50 Reschedule $50 late fee. If a client arrives late, the session will proceed with the remaining allotted time only.

If additional time is desired beyond the scheduled session, a new session will need to be booked at the standard rate.

Please note, if a client arrives more than halfway through their scheduled session time, the session will be considered canceled and will not be fulfilled.

Reschedule fee is $50. If clients cancels there will not a be a refund of retainer.
Pose Photography Group reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or circumstances beyond its control.

Re-shoots are granted at the Photographer’s discretion and are not provided due to wardrobe choices, makeup, hair, weather conditions, or failure to follow direction.

Refunds are not issued once services have been rendered and images delivered, except in cases where deliverables cannot be provided due to critical equipment failure.

Final edited images are delivered within 5-14 business days after the correct number is selected with corresponding package. To pay for extra edits contact me directly. Number will be on confirmation email.

Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Pose Photography Group is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, power outages, equipment malfunction, etc.).

1. Retainers
All retainers are non-refundable. Retainers may be applied toward a future session only if rescheduled within one week of the original date.
2. Completed Services
No refunds are provided after a session is completed. Raw images are not final deliverables and do not qualify for refunds.
3. Change of Vision
Refunds will not be issued due to changes in creative direction, preferences, or requests for additional setups not previously discussed.
4. Satisfaction
If final images reflect the agreed-upon vision discussed prior to the session, refunds will not be granted. Reasonable revisions within the included edits will be accommodated.
5. External Circumstances
Refunds are not issued for weather issues, minor technical difficulties that do not impact final quality, or delivery within the stated timeframe.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration prior to legal action.

All images and video remain the property of Pose Photography Group and may be used for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes.

By booking, the Client agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement and releases Pose Photography Group from liability related to the session and resulting images.
